We’re currently seeking a Developer who is equally passionate about design, UX, and conversion as they are about clean code and technical architecture. This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and product ownership, giving you the opportunity to shape and deliver features end-to-end—from understanding user pain points to creating modern, high-converting interfaces and deploying production-ready solutions. You’ll work closely with the founder and development team across two environments: a legacy codebase with its quirks and technical debt, and a brand-new Laravel 12 platform built from the ground up. Ideal candidates will have strong front-end instincts, a designer’s eye, and an entrepreneurial mindset focused on building products that users truly experience, not just use. The specific duties and responsibilities will include: • The translation of user problems, business goals, and operational insights into simple high-impact product experiences., • Own features from idea to production: discovery, design (UX/UI), scoping, build, rollout, and measurement., • Bring ideas - not just execute them.
