Job Overview: As the Coffee Residency Manager, you will oversee the daily operations from making the coffee through to the marketing and tik Tok pages. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. A passion for coffee, with extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques. Experience in event management or working in a culturally vibrant environment is a plus. Financial literacy, with experience in budgeting and financial management.
