Job Purpose You are the “Captain of the Ship”. You are responsible to ensure consistency of Food Standard, Excellent Service and maintain Store Cleanliness and Condition. You are accountable in achieving the store’s sales and profit by maintaining ideal cost of all the restaurant’s expenses including proper preparation of weekly roster without sacrificing your service. Qualifications A qualified candidate for the position of a restaurant supervisor must have outstanding interactive and communication skills and also possess the enthusiasm to work with colleague and staff as a team player. In addition to these, the following qualities, skills, knowledge, and abilities are most sought: • Proven working experience as Restaurant Manager, • Demonstrated experience in customer service management, • Extensive food knowledge, • Proficiency in English, • Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software, • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills, • Financial management skills Working conditions Ability to work with flexibility in a continuous schedule of day, nights, holidays, and weekends. Physical requirements He/she should be able to work in standing positions for up to eight hours per period.
