What we're looking for Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach Confidence supporting outdoor play and nature-based activities Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing Basic safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to learn)What's in it for you?
