Field Service Engineer – Production Print Equipment\nSalary: Negotiable depending on experience\n\nThis is a great opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established, market-leading managed print provider that genuinely invests in its people and service function.\n\nYou’ll be working with a Canon platinum partner, supported by a collaborative and experienced service team, with realistic workloads and a strong emphasis on quality, not volume.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and supporting Canon MFDs, ImagePRESS, and Pro-Print devices, including Fiery controllers and network integration. Working closely with client marketing teams, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of printed point-of-sale and retail marketing campaigns across the UK.\n\nThe role of Client Service Manager will involve:\n\nWorking directly with client marketing teams to take and interpret campaign briefs\nManaging projects through all stages of workflow including design, artwork, print production, fulfilment, and nationwide distribution\nCoordinating POS and print campaigns to ensure all deadlines and brand requirements are met\nLiaising with internal production teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery\nProviding outstanding customer service, regular updates, and managing client queries throughout each campaign\nUsing management information systems to facilitate workflow and ensure accurate transfer of information between client and production teams\nManaging multiple projects simultaneously within fast-paced retail environments\nSupporting the successful delivery of campaigns to tight timescales and high quality standardsThe Ideal Candidate will have:\n\nPrevious experience within an Account Management or s Client Services role\nExperience managing POS, print, or retail marketing campaigns would be highly advantageous\nStrong understanding of production processes including design, artwork, print, fulfilment, and distribution\nExcellent stakeholder management and customer relationship skills\nThe ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple deadlines effectively\nStrong organisational and communication skills\nExcellent computer skills including a good working knowledge of ExcelInterested?
