Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom. In this role, you will deliver advanced data analytics across various reward programs to assess engagement and identify opportunities for future enhancements. Youll also conduct market research and provide insights to support benefits initiatives, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry trends. Working closely with the Compensation Manager, you will analyse pay-related risks and create cost and financial models to support compensation and benefits changes, harmonisation processes, and legislative updates. Your expertise will help shape strategic decisions that impact our workforce. Additionally, you will assist in designing and maintaining salary bands, ensuring they reflect both internal equity and external market practices. Youll also provide data-driven guidance to Divisional People Directors during pay negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor on compensation matters.
