About You We are seeking a commercially aware, relationship-led Home Manager with: • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent), • A proven track record within high-end or luxury care environments, • Demonstrable success in increasing occupancy, particularly within private-pay markets, • Strong understanding of CQC compliance and quality frameworks, • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and convert enquiries, • A leadership style that combines professionalism, warmth, and accountability You will be confident, credible, and highly presentable, with the ability to represent a premium service at all levels. What’s On Offer • £90,000 – £95,000 basic salary, • Performance-related bonus linked to occupancy, quality and CQC, • The opportunity to lead a flagship luxury service, • Strong regional and central support, • Long-term progression within a growing premium provider Location The home is located in Leicester, within an affluent and highly desirable residential area, known for its strong private-pay demographic. It is ideally positioned to attract both residents and staff from a wide catchment, including Oadby, Wigston, Evington, Clarendon Park, Knighton, and Market Harborough, as well as wider parts of Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, and Rutland. The service benefits from excellent transport links, with easy access to the A6, A47, M1, and M69, while Leicester railway station provides direct connections to London, Birmingham, and Nottingham.
