This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate looking to launch their career within a supportive, forward-thinking manufacturing environment. The Role As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting production and continuous improvement activities. You’ll gain hands-on experience across manufacturing processes, working closely with design, quality, and production teams. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting in the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes, • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (lean, waste reduction, efficiency gains), • Creating and maintaining work instructions and technical documentation, • Investigating production issues and implementing corrective actions, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and throughput, • Supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities About You We are looking for a motivated and proactive graduate with a strong interest in manufacturing and engineering excellence.
