About the Role Due to the significant increase in international care workers displaced following sponsor licence revocations, we are expanding our support capacity. This role focuses primarily on direct worker support rather than strategic or programme‑management responsibilities. You will work closely with the existing International Recruitment Lead and the SWL Workforce Development Lead to provide high‑quality, person‑centred assistance across a large and complex caseload.
