Provide regular treasury and cash flow reporting to senior management, including key risks and forecast movements. FP&A & Commercial Support Partner with the FP&A Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and reforecast cycles. Provide insightful variance analysis and performance reporting. Support commercial decision-making with robust financial data. Assist in scenario modelling and forecasting for project based decision making. Systems and Process Improvements Lead process improvement initiatives, proactively leveraging automation tools and AI to streamline finance operations, enhance controls, and increase efficiency. Enhance financial insights, forecasting capability, and decision support. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that improve financial reporting and operational efficiency. REQUIRED SKILLS Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with 3+ years PQE, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or scale-up environment. Strong experience leading the monthly close, preparing management accounts, and maintaining robust financial controls. Solid knowledge of UK GAAP, statutory reporting, and external audit management. Experience working in multi-entity, multi-currency environments, including consolidated reporting.
