The role The role sits in the finance team, reporting into the Finance Director, and responsible for the group reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Director at BLACKFRIARS ARTS CENTRE LIMITED. We are now looking for an Executive Director who can lead on fundraising and financial management and will closely collaborate on organisation planning and developing business strategies. This role will be responsible for the financial sustainability, business plan and overall management of the charity with the goal of bringing the strategic development of the company in line with our new Arts Council NPO status. As part of the senior management team, you will be able to think strategically about the future of the venue and will work with the board to deliver an ambitious and financially robust business plan. You will be an inspirational leader with the ability to develop and maintain key external relationships. You will develop and implement an organisational culture and management structure that deliver the conditions for Blackfriars Arts Centre’s vision to thrive. This role would suit someone with previous management experience in an arts organisation or someone with excellent financial skills looking to move into a more senior role. This will be a Board appointment and will report directly to the Board of Trustees.
