The role Our Assistant Manager will support our GM in the day to day running of all operations in our original Clapton restaurant. This is an exciting time for this site as we have recently launched our Guest Chef series and we’re working to create a more varied events program, so an interest events would be great. You would also be part of curating the seasonal cocktail and wine list, wine of the month, cocktail of the week etc. so some bar experience would also be good. A key part of the role will be managing the team. You will support the GM with hiring, training and managing the team, noticing when extra training is needed and finding interesting ways of engaging the team with their development as well as building a strong team and positive work environment.
