Join a leading Stafford-based charity making a real difference to people facing mental health challenges, substance misuse issues, and barriers linked to offending backgrounds. We are looking for a proactive Housing Inclusion Worker to support clients on a 1-to-1 basis and help them build independence and stability. What You will Do Manage a caseload and create tailored Tenancy Management Plans. Help clients access and maintain welfare benefits, including Housing Benefit. Complete needs assessments with partner agencies using recovery-focused approaches. Support clients to develop life skills, manage their tenancy, and work towards independent living. Encourage engagement in employment, training, volunteering, and community activities. Identify and manage risks, keeping clients and staff safe. Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with external agencies. What Youll Bring Experience in social housing or care, ideally with mental health or substance misuse support. Strong knowledge of the welfare benefits system (essential). CIH Level 3 or similar is desirable; understanding of housing law/debt management a bonus. Great communication, organisation, and admin skills. Confident with Microsoft Office. Full driving licence and ability to travel locally. The Details £25524.52 per year Full-time, permanent (37 hours) Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Travel across Stafford, Cannock Penkridge 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Training opportunities and career development DBS, right to work, and satisfactory references required.
