Project Support Officer – SEND Transformation ProgrammeFull-time and Part-time Available | £268 PD UmbrellaHybrid working | 1–2 days per week in the office (Slough)We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our ambitious SEND Transformation Programme. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering meaningful improvements for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.You’ll be supporting a high-impact programme, helping ensure projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay engaged, and data drives better decision-making.The RoleYour responsibilities will include: • Maintaining and updating project documentation, • Tracking actions, risks, and milestones, • Coordinating workshops and stakeholder events, • Taking accurate minutes and following up on key actions, • Supporting reporting and communication across teams, • Managing your workload independently and proactivelyWhat We’re Looking For, • Experience supporting projects or programmes (PMO, coordination, or admin support), • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to work independently and use initiative, • Experience working with stakeholders across teams, • Strong data skills – able to analyse, interpret, and present data clearly, • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools, • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDesirable:, • Experience within a SEND, education, or local authority environmentWhy Choose Ackerman Pierce?Ackerman Pierce calls upon over 15 years' worth of experience in recruiting directly into the Social Work Sector.
