The Opportunity As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating, managing, and ultimately closing new business opportunities across our IT, cyber security, and connectivity solutions. You will begin by building pipeline, learning the fundamentals of consultative sales, and developing the core skills needed to succeed in a commercial technology environment. As you progress, you will move into full-cycle sales with ownership of your own deals and revenue target. Your first 3 months will focus on: • Booking meetings with decision-makers, • Learning our services and value proposition, • Building a high-quality sales pipeline, • Working alongside senior sales leaders, • Developing outbound prospecting skillsWithin 3–5 months, you will be expected to:, • Run your own sales opportunities, • Manage the full sales cycle, • Close your own deals, • Carry your own sales target, • 5 qualified meetings bookedMonth 2, • 7 qualified meetings bookedMonth 3 onwards, • 10+ qualified meetings booked per monthWithin 6 months, • Closing your own deals, • Managing full sales cycles, • Driving measurable revenue growthKey Responsibilities, • Cold calling and outbound prospecting, • LinkedIn and email outreach, • Following up marketing-generated leads, • Attending networking and industry events, • Managing pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM, • Running discovery calls and sales meetings We hire based on mindset, resilience, and ambition — not academic background alone.
