Duties & Responsibilities • Perform treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, BIAB, nail art, massages, and facials., • Maintain a clean, organised workstation in line with health & safety standards., • Offer personalised consultations and help clients choose the perfect treatments and colours., • Provide exceptional customer service and professional advice., • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques., • Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction., • Support the team and contribute to the smooth running of the salon. Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa., • Strong communication and customer service skills., • Friendly, professional, and passionate about beauty., • A positive attitude and willingness to grow within the business. Job Purpose • To provide advice, assistance and support to young people in our care, attending to their practical, physical and emotional needs. Ensuring the young person is always appropriately safe guarded, driving our ethos of ‘every child matter’s’.
