We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to become a valued member of our team. • Part-time, offering 8-24 hours per week., • Weekday shifts are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm., • Saturday shifts are 8am-4pm (every other week)., • Salary is dependent on your experience, quality of work, and productivity, with a clear wage scale to ensure fair compensation., • Our goal is for all staff to groom 6 dogs per day, promoting a healthy work-life balance and a sustainable career without burnout., • Minimum of 1 year of professional dog grooming styling experience., • Level 3 qualification is preferred, but not essential if you possess strong, relevant experience., • Confidence in grooming various breeds, including large and giant dogs., • Ability to complete full grooms to our high standards, unsupervised, in both Breed Standard and Pet styles., • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone., • A genuine passion for dogs and the wonderful world of grooming., • The ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing your own time efficiently., • Punctual and reliable., • A strong commitment to ensuring work-life balance for our team members., • Competitive rates of pay based on productivity., • 29 days Annual Leave pro rata, plus all bank holidays and your Birthday off., • A paid half-hour lunch break included within your 8-hour workday., • A passion for education and training, with continuous support for staff development in their grooming careers, including competitive grooming, qualification attainment, or salon-only training days with respected industry experts.
