What Does the Role Involve? As a Care Professional, no two days are the same. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Your role may include: Companionship and emotional support Assisting with personal care Supporting mobility around the home Medication support and monitoring wellbeing Light housekeeping, cleaning, and vacuuming Preparing and cooking meals Running errands including shopping and prescription collection Qualifications What We’re Looking For We are looking for people who are: Compassionate and caring Reliable and trustworthy Adaptable and personable Excellent communicators Passionate about supporting older people Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full industry-leading training is provided.
