This is a commission-only, self-employed sales role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for people who are confident speaking to the public, enjoy working face-to-face, and want to be paid directly based on results rather than hourly wages. You will be selling fast, reliable broadband services in active YouFibre areas, helping customers switch to a better broadband provider while building serious sales experience and income. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be working in local territories, speaking directly with potential customers and generating broadband sales. Your role will include: • Door-to-door sales in live YouFibre areas, • Speaking with homeowners and tenants about their current broadband, • Explaining YouFibre packages, benefits and pricing, • Building trust quickly with customers, • Closing sales and submitting completed orders, • Managing your own activity, pipeline and follow-ups, • Representing the brand professionally in the field Who This Role Is For This role is for people who are: • Hungry to earn more, • Confident speaking to strangers, • Competitive and self-motivated, • Comfortable working on commission, • Resilient and able to handle rejection, • Interested in sales, business, telecoms or field sales, • Looking for flexible work with high earning potential, • Willing to learn, improve and take action daily Previous sales experience is useful, but not essential. The right attitude matters more. Earning Potential This is a commission-only role, meaning your income is based on the sales you generate. There is no cap on earnings. The more customers you sign up, the more you earn.
