Hi everyone! We are looking for staff for our new shop in Westminster, London (SW1P 2HP). We will be open from 7am - 3.45pm Monday-Friday. We are trialling 7am-1pm on Saturdays. This role will involve making good coffee including Greek coffees (ελληνικός, freddo and frappé) - knowledge of using espresso machines and latte art a must. You will also be expected to open and close the shop, bake pastries/ prepare food and present/serve it. You will be expected to manage the inventory and uphold the hygiene and cleanliness of the shop. Experience managing a shop is a must. Pay is competitive. Experience will be taken into consideration. You must have passion for Greece and its' products. We will expect you to learn how to pronounce the names in Greek as well as possible and be able to sell the products. We will help you with this but a good ability to sell products is absolutely necessary. You must have permission to work in the UK.
