Business Development Manager – Education Recruitment Regional & National | Full-time | Senior Commercial Role | Hybrid Role (Hertford Office) About the role Certus Education is seeking an experienced, strategic Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in our next phase of growth. This is a senior, outward-facing role for someone who understands education recruitment inside out and is motivated by building meaningful, long-term partnerships rather than chasing short-term wins. You will be responsible for expanding our reach both regionally and nationally, developing new client relationships across Local Authority schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, and Alternative Provision, while protecting and strengthening the reputation we have built for quality, trust and reliability. This role is ideal for a proven education recruitment BDM who wants autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to help shape the future direction of a growing, teacher-led business.
