Are you a School Caretaker ready for your next step? Looking to lead a small team and take on more responsibility, without giving up work-life balance? I’m supporting Newman RC College, an 11–16 secondary school in Oldham / North Manchester, to recruit a Permanent Estates Manager. This is a hands-on, site-based role with real ownership. You’ll manage the day-to-day running of the school estate, supervise a small team, and help create a safe, well-run environment for students and staff.
