We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to support the Director and take full ownership of office operations across Ignite Logistics and Ignite Recruitment This is a key, trusted role within a busy and fast-growing recruitment and logistics business. You’ll need to be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing both people and processes in a fast-paced office environment. Important: You must have “Office Manager” clearly listed on your CV to be considered. What You’ll Be Doing • Managing the Director’s diary, inbox, and travel, • Overseeing day-to-day office operations and organisation, • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, staff, and stakeholders, • Supporting construction and security projects from planning to completion, • Managing CHAS & Constructionline renewals, • Preparing reports, schedules, and client documentation, • Coordinating meetings, resources, and project timelines What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as an Office Manager, • Confident supporting senior leadership, • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, • Professional, proactive, and commercially aware, • Able to thrive in a busy, office-based environment Salary & Benefits • Up to £40,000 (depending on experience), • 24 days holiday + bank holidays, • Regular team socials and incentives, • A varied and autonomous role within a growing business If you’re an experienced Office Manager looking for a hands-on role with real responsibility, we’d love to hear from you
