As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our shop, ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, take orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and handle all cash and card transactions using the POS system., • Drink Preparation: Prepare a variety of bubble teas, fruit teas, and related beverages according to Mooboo’s recipes and quality standards (training provided). This includes brewing fresh tea and preparing tapioca pearls (boba)., • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, restocking ingredients, ensuring the display area is clean and attractive, and maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness., • Teamwork: Work efficiently with the team to manage peak-time rush and ensure smooth service flow. What We Are Looking For: • A friendly, energetic, and engaging personality with a passion for customer service., • A reliable and punctual team player with good communication skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively., • Previous experience in a retail, café, or food service environment is a bonus, but not essential—we will train the right person!, • Must have the right to work in the UK

You must be able to drive, know what good care looks like, and be comfortable supporting carers and clients in real time. A Care Coordinator at Day to Day Care is responsible for planning and organising care visits, supporting the care team, and ensuring private clients receive safe, consistent, well-managed care.
