About Mooboo Orpington Join the small, friendly team at Mooboo Orpington! We are a local business dedicated to serving high-quality, delicious bubble tea in the heart of Orpington, UK. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our shop, ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, take orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and handle all cash and card transactions using the POS system., • Drink Preparation: Prepare a variety of bubble teas, fruit teas, and related beverages according to Mooboo’s recipes and quality standards (training provided). This includes brewing fresh tea and preparing tapioca pearls (boba)., • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, restocking ingredients, ensuring the display area is clean and attractive, and maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness., • Teamwork: Work efficiently with the team to manage peak-time rush and ensure smooth service flow.
