We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Logistics Co‑ordinator to join a busy team in New Malden. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing international shipments, supporting global partners, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time. ⭐ About the Role As a Logistics Co‑ordinator, you will support the end‑to‑end order fulfilment process—managing export sales orders, liaising with 3PL warehouses, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and keeping internal teams and customers informed every step of the way. You’ll work collaboratively across Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and regional teams to identify challenges, implement solutions, and maximise On Time In Full (OTIF) performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is confident making decisions that balance efficiency, cost management, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination • Manage the full export order process, including order acceptance, inventory flow, stock allocation, and shipping documentation., • Maintain accurate live registers of all 3PL export orders, including detailed status and despatch dates., • Work closely with the Logistics Manager to resolve delays and mitigate risks., • Ensure all SKUs produced for export are shipped and stock write‑offs at 3PLs are minimised., • Oversee returns processes, raising credits where needed and ensuring compliance with SOPs. Customer & Internal Partner Communication • Act as the central point of contact for all customer order queries., • Communicate any significant delays promptly and agree on corrective actions with customers and internal teams., • Conduct root cause analysis for any service failures and maintain a rolling corrective action log. Inventory & Supply Chain Support • Monitor stock levels at 3PL locations and highlight shortages to Production Planners., • Review safety stock levels and recommend adjustments to improve customer service., • Collaborate with Planning teams to minimise short supply situations and align orders with production MOQs. About You: Essential Qualifications & Experience • 3–5 years’ logistics experience within FMCG., • Strong background in international order processing and shipping documentation., • SAP expertise., • Experience in warehouse management, order fulfilment, and freight forwarding., • Proven track record of driving supply chain efficiencies., • Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and reliable decision‑making abilities., • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Desirable • Degree‑level education or logistics/freight forwarding qualifications., • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
