YouTube Project Manager (Producer) Location: Liverpool (Onsite or Hybrid) Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £50,000 plus performance bonuses About the role: We don’t do clickbait. We don’t do hype. And none of it ships without a brilliant YouTube Project Manager. We exist to close the advice gap. Millions want trustworthy retirement guidance but can’t access it and now they’re turning to YouTube. Our job is to meet them there with exceptional, easy‑to‑understand education that earns trust and attracts interest the right way. Your remit is to turn ideas into a reliable and systematic publishing operation: Cadence: Months 1–3 one long‑form video every two weeks; from Month 4 onwards one long-form video per week. About you: • Culture comes first: ownership, humility, bias towards action, clear communication, adaptability, integrity and a glass always half full outlook., • Calm, organised project manager who turns ambiguity into clear plans and delivers on time., • Fast learner; comfortable directing on set; you care about audio and lighting quality., • Familiar with YouTube workflows and happy to own the process end‑to‑end while contractors or our developer support where needed., • Liverpool‑based onsite or hybrid.
