This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Planner or Planning Analyst to take full ownership of end‑to‑end planning activities for key customer accounts. The role focuses on accurate forecasting, robust supply planning, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. Description Forecasting & Planning Review customer forecast changes against inventory, existing forecasts, and sell‑out data, mitigating risks to revenue. Build accurate forecasts, challenging assumptions based on trends, MOQs, and demand behaviour. Load all forecasts into JEM accurately and on time. Analyse forecast vs. actual performance, driving accountability and improvements. Provide weekly forecast summaries to Sales, including risks, coverage, lead‑times, and promotional activity. Collaborate with Sales on range changes, validating timings and communicating launch updates.Supply Planning & Inventory Management Convert forecasts into weekly supply plans, identifying shortages or overstocks and working with Supply to ensure OTIF delivery.
