About the role The Mobile Service Engineer provides on-site vehicle repair and remote technical support to customers. The role works closely with Quality and R&D teams to address market issues quickly and uses big data tools for diagnostics and predictive analysis. This position also collects and validates vehicle quality information to drive continuous product improvement. Responsibilities: • Provide on-site vehicle repair service for end customer, • Offer remote technical support end customer to solve the technical problem, • Drive quality and R&D resources from headquarters to promptly respond to and address market issues escalated form customer., • Use big data platforms for remote diagnostic analysis to predict vehicle problems offer technical solutions and track real-time vehicle handling progress. Qualifications & Experience • Diploma or above in Automotive Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field., • Hands-on experience in vehicle repair aftersales service or technical support (EV experience preferred)., • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities., • Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset., • Performance and experience based competitive remuneration, • 25 holidays public holidays, • Scottish Widow workplace pension, • Commute allowance, • Salary sacrifice car scheme, • Department & company wide teambuilding events.
