We're looking for an E-Commerce Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital environment. You'll play a crucial role in elevating product content, driving conversion, and ensuring our marketplace channels run like clockwork. What You'll Do E-Commerce Product Content Management Own end-to-end product setup, accuracy, and compliance across marketplaces including Amazon, Very, TikTok Shop , and more. Optimise product listings using performance data, keyword insights, and A/B testing to boost visibility and conversion. Maintain and enhance product content in line with brand guidelines. Support the Senior E-Commerce Merchandiser on upcoming launches, merchandising plans, and optimisation projects. Order Processing Admin Process marketplace sales orders and manage administrative tasks via Microsoft Dynamics NAV . Oversee weekly/monthly invoicing and work with Finance on order and account reconciliation. Monitor sales, inventory, and PO progress, proactively highlighting risks such as stock shortages or delays. Manage incident reports, claims, and credit notes to maintain clean account performance. Inventory Stock Management Track marketplace inventory levels across multiple global 3PL locations. Identify replenishment needs and collaborate with internal Planning and 3PL teams to maintain availability. Investigate stock discrepancies, stranded inventory, late deliveries, and other logistical challenges. Support product reworks and quality investigations in partnership with 3PL and manufacturing teams. Account Health Customer Service Support Maintain strong platform compliance, ensuring all product data, certifications, and documentation are accurate and up to date. Monitor account health, addressing issues or escalations promptly. Support customer service with marketplace-related queries and help drive continuous improvement for customer satisfaction. What You'll Bring 2+ years' experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or similar marketplace platforms. Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP systems (Navision advantageous). Sharp attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. Analytical mindset - able to interpret data, spot trends, and make recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident working independently and managing your own workload in a fast-paced environment. Experience in e-commerce, merchandising, logistics, or stock/operations (transferable skills welcome).
