About the company: A revolutionary brand where the products created are done specifically to help improve people’s lives through their oral health. My client develops their products in the UK containing a new and innovative system to improve not only the brightness of users smiles but also protect the teeth against cavities. About the role: Our client is currently working with external agencies for paid media but are now bringing this function in-house to unlock faster growth, better creative iteration, and stronger performance. They’re looking for a Paid Social Growth Manager to take full ownership of Meta and TikTok advertising—driving customer acquisition, scaling spend efficiently and working closely with the creative team to build a high-performing ad engine. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad accounts, • Scale paid social spend while hitting CPA, MER, and revenue targets, • Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns and platforms, • Identify and unlock new scaling opportunities, • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives, • Brief new ad concepts weekly (UGC, hooks, angles, formats), • Analyse creative performance and iterate rapidly, • Build a structured creative testing pipeline, • Monitor and optimise campaigns daily based on performance data, • Own key metrics: CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CVR, • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages, • Provide actionable insights to improve funnel performance, • Meta Experience: Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC) / Broad targeting & scaling structures, • TikTok: Spark Ads / Creator/whitelisting strategies / Native-first creative approach Skills and expertise: • 3–6+ years experience in paid social (Meta required, TikTok strongly preferred), • Proven experience scaling DTC/ecommerce brands, • Experience managing significant monthly ad spend (£50k–£300k+), • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, MER, LTV, ROAS), • Ability to analyse data and translate it into clear actions
