Summary of the Role As a Salon Manager you will work closely with every member of your team of stylists, receptionists and assistants to ensure the day to day running of the salon is professional, on brand and meets our salon standards. You will be responsible for ensuring our salon offers a top service to all of our loyal customers.We are also seeking for someone who will be passionate about growing and developing their team. Required skills - Previous management experience (within the hairdressing industry preferable) - Exceptional organisational skills - Ability to lead a team - Customer service skills - Ability to delegate and motivate your team.
