Your responsibilities will include: • Reviewing and interpreting tender documents, drawings and specifications, • Preparing detailed cost plans, material take‑offs and labour estimates, • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and analyse competitive quotations, • Identifying risks, opportunities and value‑engineering proposals, • Presenting clear, commercially sound estimates and recommendations to internal stakeholders, • Supporting bid preparation and submission processes to meet tight deadlines, • Collaborating closely with project management, operations and commercial functions to ensure smooth transition from tender to delivery About You: To succeed in this role, you’ll need: • Previous experience in a construction estimating or pre‑construction role., • Ideally you would have experience in the interiors sector., • Strong commercial awareness and numerical accuracy, • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage internal teams and supply chain partners, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with estimating software is advantageous, • A proactive, organised and detail‑focused approach Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary (dependant on experience) in line with industry standards.
