Your role • Reporting to our Europe Operation and Quality Director, you will lead all the S&OP and planning strategies within the European markets, includes but not limited to FR, UK, IT and digital platforms such as Amazon EU., • You will lead and drive the S&OP process within the wider business team in order to optimize the strategic purchase & inventory plans across brands in the regions., • You will then ensure a high product availability while optimizing the inventory levels in line the with market and company requirements. Position Responsibilities Strategic S&OP leadership: develop, lead, and mature the company’s S&OP cycle & planning strategies in Europe, driving alignment among Sales, Marketing, Finance, and operations teams Supervise each market planning team’s activities includes but not limited to below: • Partner with each market GM, Sales, Operations, and Finance to develop robust demand and supply plans that support new product launches, seasonal variations, and business growth, • Build and oversee planning processes & strategies to ensure supply and production meet demand efficiently while minimizing costs and optimizing inventory turnover., • Work with the global planning to ensure the inventory policy and target setting execution are aligned., • Collaborate closely with finance to simulate different demand and supply scenarios, assessing their financial impact on revenue, costs, and profitability while optimizing planning scenarios, • Review and track slow-moving stock with the team and implement mitigation plans to minimize write-offs, • Lead product portfolio reviews to enhance SKU efficiency and streamline offerings, • Build and lead high-performing teams across markets, fostering collaboration and capability building, • Establish reporting dashboards and KPIs to monitor service levels, forecast accuracy, and inventory health across the region, • Drive continuous improvement in planning process & accuracy and efficiency through KPIs, benchmarking, and best practices This list is not exhaustive and is subject to evolution in a context of fast changing environment. Qualifications & Experience • With Bachelor (or Master) degree, • 10 years minimum of supply chain experience, with 5+ years managerial role., • You have a solid background on FMCG or CPG planning and supply chain management, • Knowing the European Markets is a must (preferable knowledge on FR, UK, IT and Amazon EU), • You are at ease in a fast changing and agile context and is capable to operate in an international and multicultural environment., • You have strong leadership skills to engage and drive multifunctional teams, • Result oriented, you have strong analytical skills to identify and act on inefficiencies., • Ability to handle high level of complexity, manage timings and set the right priorities, • Advanced knowledge in Excel and ability to use an ERP to pilot the operations, • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication in both French and English, any other European languages is a plus, • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., • Strong relationship building skills, including the ability to work with all functions and teams, • Genuine ambition to succeed, • Resilient personality with a strong work ethic, • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively, • Logical and proactive in their approach to work, • Acts with confidence and poise, • Self-motivated with a growth mindset, • Results driven Benefits: • Hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office., • Note: Our current Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
