About The Team: The Associate Director appointment is a newly created role supporting both our central London and Sutton offices (a hybrid role, 1-2 days per week in each location). Supporting the financial planning team and contributing towards our stretching growth plans. You will be part of a growing team of planners and associated support staff. Whilst the team have a significant number of existing clients to deliver a high-quality service to, an equally important part of the role will be to provide a local market presence and to focus on winning new clients. Manpower is currently seeking an interim SHE Capabilities Specialist - Digital, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is fully remote with occasional travel as required to Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run until end October 2026, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £48,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. Flexibility with working hours as could be required to work with different time zones. Job Description: The ideal candidate will be a member of the SHE capability expertise team Zero Harm to People, focusing on Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Contractor and Construction Safety, owning the delivery of Digital projects, owner of digital products and solutions in scope, and thus enhancing capability and fostering a strong SHE culture on sites and within and beyond the Unilever organization. The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 12 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £73,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements. The main purpose of this role is to lead Personal Care innovation projects (predominantly Deodorants or Skin Cleansing) that are to be launched into European markets, enabling category growth and market development for the Personal Care business units. This role requires a passion for products and consumers, in-depth innovation knowledge – preferably end-to-end, strong business partnering skills with a diverse cross-functional team and the ability to get into detail but also look for simplification of processes and messaging to wider team members or stakeholders. Collaboration is a key unlock to success within this role and the projects this person would own. You will need to be part of a wider team who are fostering a culture that drives Unilever core behaviours (Care Deeply, Focus on what Counts, Stay 3 Steps Ahead & Deliver with excellence).
