STRETCH THERAPIST AND FRONT OF HOUSE SUPPORT Company description: KOYO is a full-service holistic health and wellness space blending science, technology and social connection in one convenient location, with the aim of optimising results in accessible luxury. Summary of the role: The Stretch Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding our clients through a a series of personalized stretches and seeking feedback to optimize their experience. You will be required to also have a full understanding of KOYO’s services and a willingness to undertake specific training in each piece of equipment, assisted front of house during non-stretch (“gap”) hours, and to share your knowledge with customers in order to provide the optimal health and wellness journey. List of duties: · Guide each customer through their session, ensuring their comfort, enjoyment, and safety at all times. · Proactively build a positive and personal relationship with each and every customer, making a concerted effort to remember their name and health concerns/goals. · Promote and educate customers about 1-1 assisted stretching, ensuring customers are aware of the health benefits. · Assist with studio outreach initiatives and events. Front of House Support duties: · Maintain a high level of aesthetic throughout the studio by inspecting our service rooms pre/post use. Maintain a high level of cleanliness through the studio including reception and restrooms. · Greet patients into the space and giving them a tour if requested · Ensuring all customers are provided with the relevant medical forms prior to treatment and ensuring these have been completed · Opening and closing the studio - completing opening/closing daily checklists Essential requirements: • Previous Body Work Experience Level 3 certificate anatomy and physiology, • UK Right to Work, • Fluent in English, • Friendly and confident with people, • Passion and knowledge about physical and mental health, wellness and recovery., • A willingness to promote and adhere to KOYO’s core values: integrity, communication, flexibility, compassion, and teamwork., • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, • Excellent communication skills, • Sales, • Organised and able to multi-task, • Strong time management, • Able to commute to Richmond, • Flexibility and understanding of the unique requirements of a new start-up. Junior Asset Manager and Quality Checker – Creative / Advertising Agency - £24,000 p/a + Bonus + Bens Our client is a mid-sized creative agency that works on advertising production for very high profile Movie / Film campaigns. They are on the hunt for a super organised and detail orientated Asset Manager to work in a small team that supports both their print and digital studios by downloading and uploading assets as well as checking copy and looking for errors on final assets before upload. They have a great culture and good team. It’s an administratively geared and very process driven role where you’ll work with high volumes of assets in a supporting but important function at the agency. The Asset Management team ensure the correct files are received from clients, checked and labelled for the teams and saved correctly before they can be worked on, as well as uploading 100’s of assets for clients that have left the internal studios. You’ll be the first set of eyes on files as you download them and ensure that provided assets have no issues or anything missing. You’ll also spot any errors before uploading completed assets. You’ll work with internal teams and be proactive and a great communicator to ensure assets are delivered smoothly, accurately and on time. When checking final files, you’ll look for copy errors in different languages against supplied translations, check legal and production info is correctly inserted and ensure guidelines have been followed. Our client is looking for someone who learns quickly and is keen to develop a career path with them. You’ll be given training and have support as the processes become second nature to you. They hope the successful candidate will fulfil the role for several years before progressing at the agency into another department such as Project or Account Management, Design / Artwork or QC / Proofing (depending on your background skills / interests / experience). What they’re looking for: • A confident communicator with a can do attitude and strong organisational skills, • Someone who’s comfortable working in a process driven / administrative role, with a very keen eye for detail, • A willingness to learn and desire to progress at the agency over the long term, • Any very basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign and Photoshop would be useful, • Prior use of Google Docs, • An interest in the Creative / Advertising industries and developing a career path In this role, you’ll be: • Downloading and checking files from clients following a checklist, • Labelling and distributing assets for print and digital teams, • Liaising with teams across project management, and studio teams to keep things on track, • Creating download links and uploading assets for back onto clients’ FTP sites, • Keeping Google Docs up to date, • Proofreading and Quality Checking finished design work to ensure accuracy of final files If you’re excited to start your career with a brilliant Advertising Agency and have some relevant experience, we’d love to hear from you.
