As an RPA NiCE Developer, you'll join a collaborative Agile team delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions for complex business environments. You'll help streamline processes, reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation, supporting critical business services and wider digital transformation programmes. You'll design, build, test and support NiCE Automation solutions that integrate with a range of enterprise applications, APIs and databases. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of automation frameworks, development standards and best practices while working on business-critical solutions within a secure, highly regulated environment. Hybrid working: Your working location will vary depending on your role, personal needs, and business requirements. This will typically include a mix of company offices, client sites, and remote work from home. If your location is Telford or Hove you will be expected to work from the office between 40% and 70% of the time. For all other locations you need to be prepared to come into the Telford or Hove office once to twice a month (Lead Engineers more frequently). As we align closely with customer requirements—which may change over time—you will need to remain flexible. Please note that fully remote working (100% from home) is not permitted. If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: • identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service). This is a hands-on RPA NiCE development role where you'll help design, build, test and support automation solutions that deliver tangible business value. Working within a multi-disciplinary Agile team, you'll collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers and Live Service teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions. You'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks, engineering standards and delivery practices, helping ensure solutions remain secure, resilient and maintainable. Beyond delivering high-quality automation solutions, you'll contribute to the wider success of our clients by understanding their objectives, challenging conventional thinking where appropriate and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, collaborative and proactive, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement. We’re looking for people who are learning focused, can challenge the status quo and are constantly looking to shape their working environment to make it an exciting, fun and interesting place to work.
