🚧 Senior Planner – Construction & Infrastructure 📍 Redhill | Hybrid 💷 £60K - £70K + welcome bonus + flex allowance + up to 20% bonus + full benefits Plan the complex. Shape the outcome. This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner to take a central role within a large, live infrastructure environment, supporting the delivery of complex, high-value construction projects. Working across a diverse portfolio of works, you’ll see the direct impact of your planning expertise on operational assets and end users. You’ll provide a full end-to-end planning service, operating at the heart of project delivery and collaborating closely with contractors, engineers, and project teams. The environment is fast-moving, technically challenging, and constantly evolving — ideal for a planner who enjoys variety, responsibility, and influence. Typical projects range £50m+, spanning civils, airfield-style assets, facilities upgrades, and operational infrastructure. Alongside managing complex programmes, you’ll support and mentor junior planners and contribute to continual improvement across planning practices.
