IT Applications Manager - Principal Business Analyst Rapiscan Systems, a division of OSI Systems, is a global leader in advanced detection solutions for cargo, vehicles and high-security environments. Our cutting-edge X-ray technologies help protect borders, ports, and critical infrastructure from threats like terrorism, smuggling, and fraud. We are seeking a seasoned IT Applications Manager with deep expertise in finance systems and business analysis, particularly D365 Finance & Operations, to lead enterprise-wide projects across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and HR. This high-impact role involves identifying process gaps, managing full-cycle implementations, and driving strategic system improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Lead enterprise application projects from design to deployment, • Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems with business goals, • Support finance operations including month-end close and project accounting, • Develop ERP, CRM, and BI reports and dashboards, • Manage internal teams and third-party vendors, • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across departments Requirements: • Proven experience with D365/ERP systems, • Strong finance and project accounting knowledge, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Degree or equivalent experience (finance background preferred) NOTICE TO THIRD PARTY AGENCIES OSI Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively “OSI”) does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
