IT Applications Manager - Principal Business Analyst Rapiscan Systems, a division of OSI Systems, is a global leader in advanced detection solutions for cargo, vehicles and high-security environments. Our cutting-edge X-ray technologies help protect borders, ports, and critical infrastructure from threats like terrorism, smuggling, and fraud. We are seeking a seasoned IT Applications Manager with deep expertise in finance systems and business analysis, particularly D365 Finance & Operations, to lead enterprise-wide projects across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and HR. This high-impact role involves identifying process gaps, managing full-cycle implementations, and driving strategic system improvements. We'll also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
