As a Chef de Partie at ALTA: You will play a key role in the kitchen team, managing a specific section and ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's high standards. You will work closely with other chefs, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
