Based in the Hinckley area, they offer a fast-paced, innovative culture and excellent opportunities for professional growth. \n \n \n Description \n The Senior Management Accountant's duties will include but are not limited to: \n\n \n • Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely management accounts, with robust review of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.\n, • Take ownership of balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations, control reviews, audit trails and the prompt resolution of discrepancies.\n, • Support statutory reporting, external audits, VAT and tax compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met across the business.\n, • Monitor cash flow and working capital performance, partnering with accounts payable and credit control teams to optimise liquidity and reporting accuracy.\n, • Develop and support the finance team while driving continuous improvement, standardisation and accountability across finance processes.\n, • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including systems optimisation, process improvement, audit readiness and strategic projects led by the Group Finance Director.\n \n\n \n Profile \n A successful Senior Management Accountant should have: \n\n • Recognised qualification in (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or be qualified by experience.\n, • Demonstrated experience working in a Management Accountant role.\n, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n, • Proficiency in financial software and tools.\n, • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.\n, • A thorough understanding of financial regulations and best practices.\n\n Job Offer \n\n • Salary up to £60,000.\n, • Permanent position with 5 days on-site working in Hinckley.\n, • Genuine scope for further development and progression in the role.\n, • Other voluntary benefits.\n\n
