· Collaborating with senior staff to determine the range of services offered and contribute to the development of sales strategies and targets. · Conducting market research, surveys, and analysis to understand customer preferences and reactions to our services. · Compiling and analysing sales figures to identify trends and opportunities for growth. · Developing proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. · Managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. · Recruiting, training, and mentoring junior sales staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service. · Producing reports and recommendations for senior management on marketing and sales strategies. · Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge. Additional Requirements: · We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury travel or hospitality industry.
