Salary and Benefits Starting Salary £27k Uncapped commission Company Car Fuel Card Mobile phone, laptop Full training ** Loss Assessor/Claims Technician** Be the client’s main point of contact throughout their insurance claim following a severe fire, flood or impact damage at their property. Where necessary, arrange emergency works, temporary accommodation and interim contents payments to the client. Meet loss adjusters, building surveyors, building contractors, restoration companies, forensic investigators and other professionals as necessary in order to progress the claim on behalf of the client. In some claims, where a building surveyor is not appointed, prepare the building specification to be agreed/negotiated with the loss adjuster. In all cases, prepare and validate the contents claim for the client - this means proving what the contents item cost the client to buy. Update the client on a regular basis via telephone, email or face to face meeting as necessary. Negotiate a settlement of the building claim and contents claim with the loss adjuster to the satisfaction of the client. It is imperative to get the best settlement for the client!! Distribute all monies paid from the claim from client account to relevant parties in line with FCA requirements. ** Necessary attributes for a successful candidate:** Full driving licence. We carry out work from the north east down to the midlands and into Cambridge and Gloucester so there is a good amount of travelling involved. Flexibility - this is not a 9-5 role. The office is based in Bolton where you will be based but as mentioned above your day will consist of appointments and typically you will spend 3-4 out of 5 days on the road travelling. In some cases you may need to leave the house at 6am to make a 9 am appointment and 12/13 hour days are not unusual. If you have no appointments you will be expected at the office between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Strong negotiation skills - we are expected to get the best possible deal for the client and this means negotiation with the insurance companies loss adjuster which is not always an easy task Willingness to learn - you must learn how to draw up a building specification for remedial works following the damage. There are also a lot of technicalities on insurance policies that insurers will use to try to get out of paying a claim. We have to have knowledge to know how to argue these points and get the best for our client Excellent organisation skills and ability to work under pressure - you will be handling up to 30 claims at any one time, ranging from £15,000 to £250,000. You must be well organised and be calm under pressure. A desire to progress - although loss assessing is a niche market, this is a long term career prospect which if successful with, you will be rewarded by excellent pay and benefits.

What will you be doing as an Area Sales Representative? - You will be providing exceptional service to new and existing customers: PRP clinics, Hospital based clinicians (NHS and private sectors) and Medical Community Teams, helping to meet their medical device requirements as well as dealing with queries from existing customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations. - Arrange appointments with Clinics, doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling - Organise meetings for clinic manager and other medical staff - Use your excellent service skills to ensure that every customer is treated in a refreshingly straightforward way. - You will also be involved in finding and bringing new business leads to fruition and managing existing accounts as well as providing fantastic customer support at all times. - The role can be challenging, with targets to meet and you will be trained to manage a variety of accounts across the customer lifecycle; from sales, customer service and renewals. - Keep detailed records of all contacts - Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones - Meet and, if possible, exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure you achieve this - Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager - Regularly report and attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings - Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations - Analyse sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products - Keep up to date with new developments, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly - Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector - Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area. This role will play a crucial part in building the technical team of the company in Europe. From surveying locations, to installation, maintenance and customer service, this first hire is earmarked to become the leader of the whole area as the team grows. The position reports to the Director of the office, and will work closely with the team to ensure customers are always receiving the best value. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and Commissioning: a. Conduct on-site assessments to determine optimal diffuser placement for maximum effectiveness. b. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure proper understanding of client requirements. c. Lead (and eventually oversee) the installation of aroma diffuser systems at client sites. d. Configure and calibrate diffusers to meet specific scent intensity and coverage requirements. 2. Maintenance and Repairs: a. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the continued functionality of aroma diffuser systems. b. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently. c. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. d. Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. 3. Team Leadership (within next 6 months): a. Supervise and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. b. Coordinate schedules and assignments to ensure timely completion of installations and maintenance tasks. c. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, emphasizing attention to detail and customer satisfaction. 4. Customer Interaction: a. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installations and maintenance visits. b. Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, answer questions, and provide recommendations for optimal system performance. c. Uphold a high standard of customer service, representing the company professionally at all times. 5. Documentation and Reporting: a. Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs performed. b. Generate detailed reports for clients, outlining work completed, recommendations, and any additional services required. c. Provide feedback to the management team on system performance and potential improvements.
