Key Responsibilities • Provide 1st / 2nd line support across a range of client sites and via the help desk, • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently, • Support and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications, • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, • Previous experience within an MSP environment is highly desirable, • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, • A proactive, results-driven approach to work, • Salary up to £30,000, depending on experience, • Clear progression opportunities into senior or managerial roles, • A supportive and engaging work environment with a modern, energetic team
