Drive Commercial Growth: Own and govern key metrics including CAC, LTV, and cost-of-sale efficiency, ensuring every pound spent fuels profitable expansion. Shape the Brand Identity: Sharpen our core narrative, set the tonal and visual bar, and oversee major hero campaigns, packaging, and unboxing experiences that turn casual shoppers into brand loyalists. Scale the Infrastructure: Direct our MarTech architecture, future-proof our first-party data strategy, and manage our external agency ecosystem with absolute accountability. Lead Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure commercial margins, inventory lifecycles, and promotional calendars align seamlessly.
