EYFS Teacher – Experienced Teachers Wanted \n 📍 Location: L31 Area, Liverpool \n 📅 Start Date: September \n 📄 Contract: Maternity Cover (until June 2027) \n ⏰ Hours: Part-time – Monday, Tuesday & Friday (8:30am–3:30pm) \n \n Role Overview \n Milk Education is seeking an experienced EYFS Teacher to join a supportive primary school in the L31 area of Liverpool. This role is ideal for confident practitioners with strong EYFS knowledge who can lead a class independently and deliver high-quality early years provision on a part-time basis. \n You will take responsibility for an EYFS class across three days each week, creating a nurturing, engaging, and well-structured learning environment that supports children's academic, social, and emotional development. \n \n Classroom & School Support \n\n • Supportive primary school within the local community\n, • Experienced Classroom Teaching Assistant working alongside you\n, • Additional SEN Teaching Assistant support\n, • Established and welcoming EYFS and senior leadership team\n\n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework\n, • Lead the classroom confidently, maintaining clear routines and high expectations\n, • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment\n, • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN\n, • Observe, assess, and track pupil progress using EYFS assessment methods\n, • Maintain learning journals and contribute to reporting\n, • Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional development\n, • Work collaboratively with colleagues, the SENCO, and senior leadership team\n\n \n What We're Looking For \n\n • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)\n, • Proven experience teaching within EYFS\n, • Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development\n, • Experience supporting pupils with SEN (desirable)\n, • Confident classroom management and organisational skills\n, • A caring, proactive, and reflective approach to teaching\n, • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice\n\n \n Why Work with Milk Education? \n\n • Competitive rates of pay\n, • Ongoing pastoral and wellbeing support\n, • Access to free teaching resources and materials\n, • Continuous professional development opportunities\n, • 24/7 support from your dedicated consultant\n\n \n Who Can Apply? \n This role is suitable for experienced EYFS teachers who are confident in leading an early years classroom and making a positive impact on children's early learning experiences while working a part-time schedule. \n \n Apply Today \n 📧 abigail.ashcroft@milk-education.co.uk
