Permanent Full-Time Monday-Friday As a Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations in both occupied and void properties. This role demands a multi-skilled professional with a passion for craftsmanship customer service and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Installation & Repairs * Execute kitchen and bathroom replacements to the highest standards. * Perform multi-trade tasks such as: * carpentry plumbing plastering tiling vinyl flooring and decorating. * Deliver a first-class customer experience with a focus on first-time fix and minimal disruption. * Health Safety Environment & Quality (SHEQ) * Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage risk assessments and safe work methods. * Participate in mandatory training and maintain professional qualifications. * Ensure equipment is maintained serviced and compliant with regulations. Customer Experience * Represent the company with professionalism empathy and respect. * Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively. * Contribute to customer feedback and service improvement initiatives. * Productivity & Efficiency * Maximize daily productivity and minimize downtime. * Maintain van stock and order materials responsibly. * Collaborate with supervisors and team members to enhance service delivery. Knowledge & Experience * Comprehensive trade and construction knowledge. * Understanding of health and safety regulations. * Experience working in occupied homes and under time constraints. Qualifications * GCSEs or equivalent (Essential). * NVQ Level 2 or higher in a construction trade (Essential). * CSCS Card First Aid Training (Desirable). * Full clean driving licence (Essential).
