Overview WK Webster, a Gallagher Bassett company, have a new opportunity to join our Cargo Claims Department as a Case Assistant! As a Case Assistant, your role will be to provide comprehensive support and ensure efficient and effective operations in the claims team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative assistance to team members and actively contributing to the management and resolution of cargo claims. How you'll make an impact • Prepare and maintain detailed outstanding claims reports to support departmental operations., • Process and manage cargo claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies., • Perform claim adjustments as required, ensuring timely and fair resolutions., • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective claims handling., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and departmental activities., • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
