The engineering team is divided into four regional UK teams. Each team has a Team Leader, who will be your direct line manager; ultimately, the teams report to the UK Direct Delivery Manager. Your role will be to assist in providing maintenance for the client’s service stations, generally within a 90-minute drive from your home. The Shell retail network includes display and backup refrigeration units (generally under 10 years old, gas charge under 5kg). Units mostly consist of two display units running from a single remote condenser. Some larger stores have small pack inverter-driven units.
