We are seeking a commercially astute Development Manager / Quantity Surveyor with strong experience across the full development lifecycle, ideally within the care home, healthcare or residential sectors. We are rebuilding some of our care homes and building new ones. Reporting to the Land Director & Senior Development Manager and supported by a wider, well‑established team, this is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on professional who can combine development management of commercial projects, with strong quantity surveying and commercial expertise. Leading projects from land acquisition and feasibility through procurement, construction and handover while protecting client interests throughout.
